Hailuo Downloader Changelog
This page records available downloader capabilities and their practical scope. For live source access, use the status page; a release note cannot establish that a particular Hailuo video is still public today.
17 September 2026: public Hailuo workflow
Launch verification included a specific public Hailuo example with an MP4 download, partial-content response, JPG conversion and public prompt. Those checks establish what worked for that example; they are not a measured success rate across Hailuo or a guarantee for every link.
- Individual public Hailuo links can return a preview, source video and available public prompt text.
- Applicable video conversions include a GIF of up to the first 15 seconds, a first-frame JPG and audio when a source track exists.
- Multiple links checks up to 10 addresses and offers a ZIP of successful source media.
- Browser workflows include light and dark themes, conversion progress and per-link errors.
- Contact and report forms record messages and return a reference.
Current boundaries
Source files are limited to 200 MB, media to 10 minutes, and source ZIPs to 200 MB combined. One conversion runs at a time. Temporary sessions expire after 10 minutes. Watermark removal, private-account access, upscaling, arbitrary frame selection and full account exports are not available. The published guides are in English.
