Download Hailuo Videos on iPhone
Use your iPhone browser to open Hailuo Downloader and save a supported public creation. You do not need to install a downloader extension. The important steps are copying the individual share link, waiting for the download to finish, and locating the file in the browser’s selected destination.
Saving a file and adding it to a photo library are separate actions. Your browser, iOS version and settings determine which download and sharing controls are available.

Save the video from its public link
If the Paste control cannot access the clipboard, press and hold in the link field and use the paste option your device offers. Copying a new link does not submit it automatically. Keep the downloader page available while a GIF or JPG is being prepared.
- Open the individual Hailuo creation and copy its public page address.
- Open Hailuo Downloader in your browser, paste the address and submit it.
- Confirm that the preview shows the right video, then select MP4 source when listed.
- Follow any browser download prompt and wait for the transfer to complete.
- Check the browser’s download list or configured folder, then open the file to verify playback.
Find the file before downloading it again
Look at the browser’s download entry to find the actual destination. Depending on your settings, you may browse to that location in Files. A video is not necessarily added to Photos just because the browser finished downloading it.
Open the saved file and inspect the available sharing or saving actions if you want it in another app. If an action is absent, use the destination app’s supported import workflow. Prompt TXT files are text documents and should be kept with project notes rather than expected to appear in a photo library.
Work through common mobile blockers
Keep the source MP4 for the full clip. GIF is a silent conversion of up to the first 15 seconds, and JPG is the first frame. Watermarks and source limitations still apply on iPhone; switching devices does not unlock a different public export.
- If a link opens only inside your signed-in Hailuo session, check it in a signed-out browser window.
- If preparation reports busy, wait before requesting another conversion.
- If a result expires, paste the original Hailuo link again; results last 10 minutes.
- If saving stops, check the connection and available device storage, then verify whether a complete file already exists.
- If GIF appears still in a file listing, open it in a viewer that can display animation.
